The content on this site is provided for general information about Good Wood Fence Co. and the services we offer. You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, republish, or reuse our photos, project images, or written content without permission.

Prices, timelines, and project details discussed on this site or by phone/email are estimates only and are not a binding contract. Every project is quoted after a site visit. A signed proposal is required before work begins.

We stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of project completion. The warranty covers defects in the installation performed by our crew. It does not cover:

• Normal weathering, checking, warping, or color change of wood.
• Damage from soil movement, flooding, vehicles, animals, or third parties.
• Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Good Wood Fence Co.

Permits and HOA approvals are not included by default. We can pull permits or submit HOA paperwork on your behalf as a paid add-on if you request it directly. Otherwise, the property owner is responsible for making sure the project meets local requirements before work begins.

The property owner is responsible for confirming property lines and locating all underground utilities, including public lines and private lines such as sprinklers, low-voltage wiring, and pool plumbing, before work begins.

We may photograph completed projects and use those photos on this website and social media. Let us know in writing before the job begins if you'd prefer we not.

When you submit our contact form, your device's own messaging and email apps open pre-filled. By sending us a message, you agree we may respond by the same channel. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

This site may link to Instagram or other outside sites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of sites we don't control.

The website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Good Wood Fence Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits your rights under the signed contract for your specific project or under California law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Placer County, California.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
